Non-glass electrode storage

by Glenn

Just a reminder, non-glass ISFET sensors store dry, need no maintenance and have an indefinite shelf life. Always store the probe with the protective cap covering the probe tip. Before use, a minimum hydration period in water of a couple of hours is recommended.

Hydration period is very important as the ISFET would get into full functionality and perform with ease. Non-glass sensors are very advantageous due to this reason as they need no maintenance and I keep my electrodes without much technique but they still work whenever I am in need of them.
